Tracking your parcel
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.
Returns & Refunds
How can I return my purchase?
Requests for returns & exchange must be made at support@teamy.store within 14 days. Please note that our products are made on demand, for this reason we have a limited refund policy. We don’t offer refunds – only exchanges or store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
We print on demand at the moment you place the order. There are no cancelations for accidental or test order. If you have any questions ask BEFORE you place an order. Please do NOT place an order if you do not want the product for whatever reason.
